YOUR ROLE

You want to help us modernize and create the services our colleagues rely on and you like to see immediate impact across Netlight's operations?

Join our international Tech organization and help build the internal products thousands of colleagues work with every day. In a small, agile team of 5 developers, you will:

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the internal services that underpins Netlight's operations
• Develop and evolve business‑critical services, microservices, and REST APIs
• Create integrations and automations that streamline and digitalize internal processes
• Ship on AWS using Infrastructure as Code for scalable, modern delivery

OUR STACK

Java, Spring Boot, Maven/Gradle, AWS, IaC (e.g., Terraform/AWS CDK), monitoring/logging (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), automated testing (e.g., JUnit/Mockito)

YOUR PROFILE

• IT degree and 2 years in agile backend roles with Java and Spring Boot
• Solid experience with REST APIs, microservices, and Git
• Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Comfortable owning solutions end‑to‑end; collaborative and service‑minded
• Fluent English; based in Munich

NICE TO HAVE

IaC (Terraform/AWS CDK), DevOps and infrastructure automation, frontend (React/Angular), Python/Kotlin, experience with AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
