Your Responsibilities

  • In this role, you contribute to the development and implementation of a unified sustainability data platform, integrating multiple sources such as osapiens (for EUDR compliance, sustainability reporting, and supplier intelligence), our farm information system, and a geodata validation tool.
  • You take responsibility for designing, developing, and operating scalable data pipelines and lakehouse architectures within Microsoft Fabric.
  • By applying data‑modeling best practices (e.g. star schema), you ensure high and reliable data quality across all solutions.
  • Your work includes creating impactful Power BI dashboards and reports that support monitoring, due diligence, and informed decision‑making.
  • In close collaboration with business stakeholders, you gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
  • You continuously improve data management processes to better support both stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Keeping a close eye on developments within the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI ecosystems, you actively contribute innovative ideas, including AI‑driven approaches.

Your Profile

  • You bring professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or working with sustainability‑related data.
  • You have strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL.
  • You are experienced in data modeling and ideally have additional knowledge of Python and/or PySpark.
  • You work in a structured and analytical manner and place a strong emphasis on data quality and accuracy.
  • You are proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented, and you take ownership of your work and results.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently and are able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders in an international, cross‑functional environment.
  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in German, Spanish, or Portuguese is an advantage.
