Your Role at neuraflow
You'll work as a Senior Engineer with a strong product focus on our AI solutions for the public sector. Your technical focus will be on the backend, though additional strengths in other areas are welcome but not required. Your focus will depend on your strengths -- backend expertise is a prerequisite.
Essentially, this means:
- End-to-end development of our AI products (idea → release → operation)
- Technical responsibility for central backend and system components
- Co-shaping architecture, data flows, and product decisions
- Close collaboration with municipalities, product, and the team
- Continuous improvement based on real user feedback
Areas of Expertise (Focus, not required)
Depending on your profile, you'll work deeper in one or more areas:
- Backend & APIs (Required) -- Python, TypeScript, modern web architectures
- AI-related systems (e.g., RAG, vector search, LLM integrations)
- Data & Integrations (ETL, interfaces, structured knowledge systems)
- Frontend & UX (React, clear & functional interfaces)
- Cloud & Scaling (Deployments, pipelines, monitoring)
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in developing productive software
- Experience in backend development and good Python skills
- Enjoyment of clean architecture, understandable code, and sustainable solutions
- Product thinking: You ask why, not just how
- Self-responsibility, curiosity, and the desire to make things truly better
- Interest in AI-based systems and modern software stacks
