About the Role
As the leading company for digital neuropsychological solutions, we are opening a role in our clinical research team for a flexible and passionate learner with a strong background in clinical research, neuropychological evaluations and therapies, and a deep interest in digital health. In this role, you will cooperatively design and evaluate clinical investigation protocols, contribute to the statistical analysis plan, present the outcomes on workshops and (online) events, and consult the product development on clinically relevant innovations to help improve the effectiveness of the training experiences. You don't need to have all the know-how from day one --- what matters most is curiosity, motivation, and a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinicians and scientists worldwide (from Australia to Canada) to initiate clinical research for healthy ageing interventions and digital therapies
- Design clinical trials together with our science team
- Create statistical analysis plans and evaluate outcomes
- Continuously integrate the latest findings from scientific literature and proven clinical concepts
- (Co-)Publish results, present at conferences, and educate healthcare professionals and patients
- Test and use our product yourself, ensuring quality and becoming an expert in cognitive training
- Apply User Research and Usability Testing to improve user and patient outcomes
- Contribute to product development by making our mobile and web apps more effective and engaging
- Work with Product, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and CRM teams

Your Profile
Must-have skills:
- Advanced applied knowledge in CIPs (clinical investigation protocols) and SAPs (statistical analysis plans)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in digital health or a neuropsychological field
- Strong skills in data evaluation (SQL or R or Python)
- Deep personal interest in brain training and self-improvement
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to multitask
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Personal experience using digital health apps
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
- Interest in analyzing engagement, adherence, and other behavioral data
- Collaborative team player who supports colleagues
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Hybrid role: ability to work from our Berlin office at least 3 days per week
- Project Management Skills
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with games or concepts of gamification to improve adherence
- Experience or interest in UX or Visual Information Representation
