Your Responsibilities
As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing mobile ad campaigns to attract high-value users. Collaborating closely with the Director of User Acquisition and a senior team of international experts, you will analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement impactful strategies. Your focus will be on driving user acquisition and retention initiatives through both traditional and innovative channels to elevate our games' performance.
- Partner with our North American UA team (EST time) to build a world-class user acquisition department.
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across key platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, video networks, and incentivized traffic.
- Monitor key metrics to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to design and test engaging ad content and strategies.
- Set budgets, forecast performance, and ensure campaigns meet objectives.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights for future growth.
- Manage relationships with advertising platforms and media agencies to maximize results.
- Stay current with industry trends through competitor analysis and by identifying new growth opportunities.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in user acquisition and performance marketing.
- Several years of professional experience in the gaming/entertainment industry, with a passion for games across all genres.
- A Bachelor's degree or MBA in marketing or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Good understanding of marketing attribution.
- Solid grasp of the customer development lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and reactivation, including LTV measurement and optimization.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a results-oriented manner.
- Experience in launching new mobile games is preferred.
- Outstanding leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a remote environment.
