Responsibilities

In your role, you will be the central point of contact between owners, tenants, and service providers. A diverse range of tasks awaits you:

• Holistic Support: Independent management of commercial properties
• Communication Hub: Competent contact person for tenants and owners in all matters
• Maintenance Management: Coordination and supervision of repair, renovation, and modernization measures
• Contract Management: Conclusion and optimization of service and maintenance contracts
• Leasing Management: Coordination of property viewings, handovers, and acceptances
• Budget Planning: Creation of economic plans and monitoring of property finances
• Receivables Management: Monitoring of rent payments and initiation of necessary measures
• Quality Assurance: Regular property inspections to ensure building condition

Profile

You are an organizational talent with a healthy dose of assertiveness and empathy.

• Qualification: Completed training as a real estate agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification (e.g., real estate manager m/f/d)
• Experience: Sound professional experience in property management
• Expertise: Good knowledge of real estate law
• Soft Skills: Enjoy dealing with people and a solution-oriented approach – even when things get stressful
• IT Affinity: Confident use of common industry software
