Machine Learning Engineer (Germany)

We're looking for a talented and impact-driven Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Germany and build scalable, production-ready AI systems. If you're passionate about deploying real-world machine learning solutions and working with cutting-edge technologies, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Design, build, and deploy machine learning models in production
Develop end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion → training → deployment → monitoring)
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
Implement MLOps best practices and automate workflows

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
3--6+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering
Strong programming skills in Python
Hands-on experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures
Experience deploying models via APIs or microservices
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Fluent in English; German is a plus

Nice to Have:

Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision
Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI (Transformers, GPT-style models)
Experience with big data tools (Spark, Kafka)
Familiarity with ML tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
