Your Role and Responsibilities

• Process Architecture: You will support us in documenting, maintaining, and optimizing our internal business processes within the scope of ISO 9001.
• Compliance Check: You will help monitor regulatory requirements and ensure that we always adhere to our own high standards (and those of our clients).
• Audit Support: You will prepare and accompany internal audits and assist us in processing the results.
• Knowledge Management: You will maintain our management system and ensure that process descriptions are understandable and accessible to the entire team.
• Interface Management: You will work closely with the departments to promote quality awareness within the team.

What You Bring

• Studies: You are studying Business Administration, Business Law, Engineering, or a comparable degree program (ideally with a focus on QM, Compliance, or Process Management).
• Structure Gene: You have a quick grasp of concepts and the ability to translate complex issues into clear structures.
• Conscientiousness: "Diligence" is not a foreign word to you but your mode of operation.
• Mindset: You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to question and improve things.
• Language: You communicate confidently in German and optionally in English.
