Virtual Assistant -- Germany (Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in Germany to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle email management and prepare basic reports or summaries.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and file organization.
- Support communication with clients and internal team members.
- Perform basic research tasks and compile information when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
Requirements
- Residing in Germany.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in digital tools (email, spreadsheets, calendars, project management tools).
- Reliable internet connection.
Language Skills
- Fluency in English (required).
- German language skills are a plus.
