LOCAL LEAD GENERATION - GERMAN MARKET

Requirements

  • German Language Proficiency: Required (non-native speakers welcome). Our primary market is German-speaking. We are looking for someone who speaks and understands German and is familiar with the local culture.
  • English Proficiency: You speak and understand English and can work fluently in English. English skills are required for research purposes or coordination with other team members.
  • Internal Role: No agencies or consultants. You will take full responsibility for SEO and Product Development in full-time capacity.
  • Hands-On Role: You will be involved daily in implementation in day-to-day business and the further development of internal projects. Not a leadership position.
  • 100% Remote: You work 100% remotely.

MISSION - SEO AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT LEAD

At Noah Lutz Online Marketing, we support companies with the search engine optimization of their websites. Increasingly, the topic of GEO, i.e., visibility in AI search engines like ChatGPT and Co., is also coming into focus.

Furthermore, there is a second division in the company. In this, we generate qualified local leads for craft partners (construction industry/local services). As SEO and Product Development Lead, you are the core of our product strategy.

Our SEO works but is not yet fully systematized.

👉 Your Task: Take over a portfolio of over 100 websites, transform it into a predictable, scalable, and profitable SEO machine, and ensure that I no longer have to worry about "the daily SEO."

Company Goal: x5 in 2026. SEO must become an important growth engine for my clients and own projects.

TASKS - SEO AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Specifically, within 12 months, you must have achieved the following:

  • Take over full responsibility for the search engine optimization (SEO) of the Noah Lutz Online Marketing network (WordPress + Replit).
  • Relieve me as much as possible in day-to-day customer support.
  • Significantly increase the volume of organic leads in our core niches.
  • Standardize scalable SEO templates (services, city pages, linking, FAQ, Schema).
  • Managed VAs for implementation with measurable weekly output.
  • Create clear SEO reporting: positions, traffic, leads, status per website/city/niche.
  • Adapt the SEO strategy to the AT/CH markets.
  • Rapid introduction and validation of new niches (Test → Scale or Kill).
  • Document SEO SOPs so the system can continue to run during your absence.

IDEAL PROFILE - SEO AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT LEAD

✅ What we want:

  • German-speaking / Speaks German (Non-native speakers welcome).
  • Someone who looks over my shoulder and takes all daily SEO tasks off my hands.
  • Someone who is not too proud to take on simple, repetitive tasks.
  • Someone who has experience or interest in optimizing and continuously improving processes.
  • Someone who enjoys further developing our own internal projects and advancing them on Google.
  • Someone who has already standardized an SEO template and has not just optimized two blog pages.
  • Someone who can set priorities: You focus first on the 20% that bring 80% of the results.
  • Someone who likes to build something and not just analyze → create websites, not write PDFs.
  • Someone who has already worked with VAs + AI agents (or can delegate naturally), gives clear feedback, and can build a small production pipeline.
  • Someone who truly understands the specifics of local search engine optimization: NAP, citations, local signals, city pages, service pages, local intent, competitive analysis, geographic relevance.
  • Someone who understands our end customers: Craftsmen → their needs, their urgencies, their way of searching on Google.
  • Someone who can take a competitor's website, analyze it in 30 minutes, and propose a website that will overshadow it tomorrow morning.

  • AI-Fluent: Prompts, keyword analysis, ad angle generation, opportunity identification, automation via Make.
  • Familiar with WordPress (and if Replit doesn't scare you, even better).

🔥 Bonus (still necessary but very welcome):

  • Experience with many websites (10--100+).
  • Setting up VA processes (briefings, QC, SOPs, deadlines, weekly results).
  • Ability to cleanly implement off-page measures (citations, contextual links, internal authority).
  • Confidence in using automation/AI (Make, simple scripts, reporting, accelerated audits).
  • Experience in other countries and markets.
  • Basic knowledge of SEA/LSA/GMB to better coordinate SEO ↔ Paid ↔ GMB.

ABOUT ME

My name is Noah Lutz, and SEO has been my passion for over 10 years. I started building my own projects alongside school at the age of 15. On my 18th birthday, I prematurely ended my school career to dedicate myself entirely to search engine optimization.

I built my own projects and started supporting local clients. Over the years, I have supported well over 500 clients. I also supported the development of two other agencies.

Today, I dedicate myself entirely to my own clients and my own projects. I currently manage a good number of clients from various industries. Additionally, I already generate over 200 leads per month for various services through my own projects. I want to strengthen this further and become No. 1 in online lead generation in specific industries in the DACH region.

Privately, I enjoy traveling, spending a lot of time abroad, doing a lot of sports, love Asian and Italian food, and am constantly exploring how to achieve even more visibility in search engines.

FURTHER MODALITIES

  • Availability in the morning German time initially, otherwise flexible scheduling.
  • Annual budget for IT equipment of €1000, which you can use as you wish to improve your equipment, working conditions, etc.
  • Monthly budget for coworking.
  • Compensation: Fixed + strongly performance-dependent variable component (exact structure will be communicated in the interview). If you create added value, you will earn very well.

  2. Practical Test A concrete exercise to assess your SEO skills. Goal: to see how you think, not just what you theoretically know.
  3. Video Interview (60 minutes) In-depth conversation to understand: your experience in local SEO/multi-site SEO, your logic in structuring websites and SEO templates, your ability to generate organic leads, not just traffic, your working method with VAs and SOPs, your alignment with our rhythm, processes, and performance culture.
