IT system administrator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• As an IT System Administrator (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the administration and monitoring of customer systems, including servers, networks and applications, and ensure their smooth operation
• You will carry out installations, configurations and updates to keep systems up to date at all times
• In the event of technical problems, you analyze errors, fix them efficiently and provide sustainable solutions
• You design, implement and support VoIP solutions to ensure an optimal communication infrastructure for your customers
• You ensure transparency and traceability through structured documentation of system configurations and processes
• You train and support end users so that they can use the systems safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• You have completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification - also as a career changer with relevant experience
• You already have experience in system administration and feel confident in dealing with network administration, server landscapes and IT security
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and security guidelines is an advantage, but not a must
• You are customer and solution-oriented and enjoy tackling technical challenges in a structured and efficient manner
