Requirements
Must have:

Based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland

Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)

Experience in project or change management, ideally within a SaaS or software environment

Comfortable working in a fast-moving organisation where priorities shift and adaptability matters

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Willingness to occasionally travel within the DACH region for onsite client visits

Bonus point - Veterinary background or experience working with veterinary professionals is a strong advantage
Responsibilities:
- Manage implementation projects end to end, from initial scoping through to go-live
- Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the DACH region
- Configure and customise Provet to each customer's clinical workflows
- Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across independent practices, mid-market groups, and large enterprise accounts
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
