Your Tasks

  • Disciplinary and technical leadership of the Sales department Defence and Industry (approx. 10 employees)
  • Conceptual and strategic planning of sales activities in alignment with corporate goals and divisional strategy, as well as continuous sales controlling
  • Performing representative tasks at trade fairs, conferences, etc.
  • Development, implementation, and review of market strategies in alignment with market and customer trends in the international defence sector
  • Review of product and pricing policies as well as initiation and decision-making on marketing initiatives
  • Staffing and further development of interfaces with internal development, product management, and program departments
  • Further development of the sales team

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing technical company
  • Relevant professional experience in international sales and business development, as well as technical understanding of and about inertial navigation solutions
  • Knowledge of local/national and international procurement processes and structures
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Goal-oriented leadership style, results-oriented action, and enjoyment of making decisions
  • Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and communication skills, paired with presentation and negotiation skills, complete your profile
