  • Evaluate and refine demand forecasts for seasonal events, promotions, and market shifts, ensuring alignment with revenue targets, marketing plans, and customer demand patterns

  • Mentor and support demand planning colleagues, building expertise in advanced forecasting techniques and effective cross-functional collaboration

What you bring

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics within complex, multi-SKU and multi-region environments
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical and machine learning forecasting methods (e.g. time-series modelling, multivariate regression), with strong command of KPIs such as MAPE and forecast bias
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and continuously improve forecasting models and demand planning processes
  • Strong Excel and SQL skills, with solid experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create executive-level dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor team members in a cross-functional environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

What's on offer

  • Competitive salary of €81,000 -- €90,000 gross per year + benefits, depending on experience
  • Permanent role with long-term development opportunities
  • Hybrid working model with a Munich office base
  • Collaborative, international environment with strong ownership and visibility
