About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing, international e-commerce business in the home & lifestyle space to hire a Senior Supply Planning Manager. This is a key role responsible for driving end-to-end supply planning across a complex, multi-SKU portfolio.
You'll play a critical part in ensuring product availability, optimising inventory, and aligning supply with commercial strategy---all within a dynamic, data-driven environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and manage the end-to-end supply planning process for a defined SKU portfolio
- Monitor and optimise inventory and supply KPIs, identifying root causes and implementing improvements
- Ensure healthy stock levels, strong inventory turns, and readiness for promotions and campaigns
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Buying, and Operations to align supply with business priorities
- Continuously refine supply plans based on seasonality, campaigns, and market trends
- Drive process improvements through automation, analytics, and scalable planning solutions
- Mentor and support team members, strengthening planning capabilities and collaboration
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or similar
- 6 years' experience in supply planning or supply chain analytics
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-SKU portfolios
- Advanced skills in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Proven ability to improve planning processes in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English (additional languages are beneficial)
