Your Challenges:

• Sales Management and Performance Measurement: Continuously improve transparency, effectiveness, and controllability.
• Budget, Plan, and Performance Variance Analysis: Analyze deviations and derive concrete measures in close collaboration with marketing and sales management.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Translate complex issues into data-driven analyses, reliable insights, and clear recommendations for operational and strategic decisions.
• Business Trend Identification: Identify business trends, revenue potentials, and performance drivers, and prepare results for various stakeholders, including management.
• Dashboard and Reporting Development: Design and enhance KPI-based dashboards, reports, and visualizations (especially with Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud), including structuring, linking, and validating relevant data sources to ensure high data quality.

Your Potential:

• Education: Completed degree in Data Science, (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a comparable field -- alternatively, relevant professional experience.
• Business Acumen: Strong business understanding and the ability to contextualize analytical results within a corporate framework.
• Data Analysis Experience: Profound experience in data analysis and supporting data-driven decisions in a business environment.
• Data Visualization Skills: Good knowledge of data visualization and reporting, particularly with Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Communication Skills: A keen sense for translating data into clear stories, relevant insights, and actionable options, tailored to target audiences in business departments and management.
