Requirements

  • You have sound professional experience (approx. 3 to 5 years) in application management or in the support, further development, or support of ERP applications (preferably SAP).
  • You have technical understanding in areas such as databases, interfaces, or cloud services.
  • You have process understanding (e.g., ITIL or agile methods).
  • You are strong analytically and work in a structured manner.
  • You have the following education/further training:
    • Business studies or comparable training - this helps you understand and classify requirements from business areas.
  • Experience in classic and agile project management - from planning to implementation.
  • You have very good German and good English skills.
  • You act responsibly and think with the future in mind - you are open to change, tackle things pragmatically and proactively, and drive them forward independently.
  • You work collaboratively and solution-oriented - you promote cooperation, develop solutions together with others, and keep goals and results in view.

Your Tasks

  • Application Operations: You ensure the stable operation of our applications - from monitoring and performance to the quick resolution of disruptions.
  • Further Development & Optimization: You record requirements from our specialist departments, prioritize them, and implement changes and releases in a structured and targeted manner.
  • Lifecycle Management: You are responsible for the entire application lifecycle - from upgrades and migrations to clean documentation.
  • Interface: You translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for external developers and service providers and ensure smooth coordination among all parties involved.
  • Security & Support: You ensure security and compliance requirements and support users in 2nd/3rd level support, including through training and documentation in the form of creating user manuals or formulating FAQs.
