About the Role
NVY by Studio Janala UG is a Indo-Western clothing and lifestyle brand that is newly expanding in Germany. We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Influencer Manager for a short project period of three to six months to help build our presence within the Indian event and cultural community across Germany.
In this role, you will support social media marketing and create collaborations with Indian events, cultural programs, student communities, influencers, and partner businesses across Germany.
This is a great opportunity to grow together with a new and expanding brand.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and support NVY's social media platforms
- Create engaging content, captions, and campaign ideas
- Connect with Indian event organizers and community groups across Germany
- Build B2B collaborations with events, brands, influencers, and cultural organizations
- Help promote NVY collections and brand campaigns
- Research social media trends and community engagement opportunities
- Support brand visibility during events and collaborations
What You Bring With You
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Interest in fashion, social media, and networking
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and similar platforms
- Passion for Indian cultural events and community engagement
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Previous experience in marketing or partnerships is a plus

This position is currently offered as a volunteer role/internship. While we are unable to provide monetary compensation at this time, you will definitely receive a certificate of experience upon successful completion of your role. Additionally, there may be opportunities for paid positions in the future as the company grows.
