Sales & Business Development Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our consulting services. You won't just be executing a playbook; you'll be writing it.
This is a "full-cycle" role. You will be responsible for defining our market positioning, building out our outbound engine from scratch, and closing deals with key decision-makers. If you are a self-starter with a deep network in the German startup ecosystem and a passion for consulting, we want to talk to you.
Tasks
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a scalable sales strategy to sell our consulting services to startups and established players irrespective of industry.
- Lead Generation & Outbound: Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Warm Calling) to build a healthy pipeline.
- Closing & Conversion: Lead discovery calls, present our value proposition, and manage the entire sales process through to signing.
- Ecosystem Networking: Leverage your existing network - specifically within the Berlin startup scene - to open doors and build long-term partnerships.
- Feedback Loop: Work closely with our delivery team to refine our service offerings based on direct market feedback.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, ideally within the consulting or professional services sector.
- The "Berlin Factor": You are well-connected in the German startup ecosystem. You know the players, the hubs, and the local market dynamics.
- Sales Hunter Mentality: You thrive on the "thrill of the hunt." You shape our sales efforts from strategy to execution with your ideas.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy the challenge of building processes where none exist.
- Communication: Native or C2-level German is essential, with high proficiency in English.
