About the Role

As an Account Manager Intern, you will work within the support team and assist our Customer Success department in managing our German and Turkish clients.

We are looking for a motivated, client-oriented student to join us as a full-time paid Account Manager Intern. This is a fully remote, hands-on internship where you will gain real-world experience — taking genuine ownership of German and Turkish-speaking client accounts, helping them optimise their dashboards, understand their goals, and improve their results.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a student looking to launch a career in business administration. It is designed to complement a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business by providing practical, real-world application of core business principles in an international, fast-growing company. The internship runs for a minimum of 6 months, with the opportunity to extend or transition into a permanent role for those who thrive with us.

What You Will Learn

This internship is structured to give you direct, hands-on exposure to business concepts that align with your studies:

Client & Account Management

  • How to manage a real portfolio of business accounts, conduct client needs assessments, and build long-term relationships, putting CRM, stakeholder management, and negotiation principles into practice.

Business Operations & Strategy

  • How to use data and dashboards to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the operational decisions of a growing international business.

Marketing & Digital Business

  • How Local SEO drives business visibility and customer acquisition, and how AI tools are reshaping modern business operations — linking theory directly to measurable outcomes.

International Business & Communication

  • How to operate across two distinct markets with different client needs and cultural expectations, strengthening your cross-cultural communication and international business competencies.

Key Responsibilities

German & Turkish Account Management

  • Manage a portfolio of German and Turkish-speaking client accounts with regular outreach and proactive communication.
  • Conduct check-ins to understand client needs, gather feedback, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact, building strong and long-term client relationships.

Dashboard Optimisation & Client Success

  • Review and audit client dashboards to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on Local SEO best practices and AI-driven insights.
  • Educate clients on how to get the most value from their dashboards and tools.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients by helping set up their dashboards, walking them through the platform, and ensuring they have a smooth and positive first experience with us.

Client Communication & Support

  • Respond to client emails and queries in German, Turkish, and English in a timely manner.
  • Handle support requests and escalate where needed, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Assist in preparing client-facing reports, updates, and performance summaries.

Skills & Experience

Required

  • Fluent in English, German, and Turkish (written and spoken) — all three are required for this role.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  • Available for a minimum commitment of 6 months, full-time.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution in Germany.
  • Eligible to undertake a full-time internship as part of your studies (Pflichtpraktikum or voluntary Praktikum).

Nice to Have

  • Coursework or modules in marketing, international business, CRM, or business strategy.
  • Exposure to digital marketing, reputation management, or SEO tools.
  • Experience using CRM systems or project management platforms.
  • A basic understanding of Local SEO concepts or a strong eagerness to learn.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or an openness to using them in day-to-day work.
