Role Description
This is a remote non paid internship role for a Web, E-commerce & EdTech Intern with a focus on automation and user experience (UX).
The Mission: Act as our digital architect. You will build a seamless ecosystem connecting our scientific mission with global supporters.
Key Responsibilities
- LMS & Online Academy: Assist in launching our digital learning platform (WordPress/TutorLMS).
- Smart Automation: Set up an automated workflow from purchase/donation to invoicing (Lexoffice/Billbee).
- Banking Sync: Ensure real-time synchronization with our German bank account for seamless, tax-compliant accounting.
- Profile: Student of Digital Media, Web Development, or E-commerce.
Experience with API automations and German e-commerce standards is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience with Web Development and Front-End Development techniques
- Proficiency in Web Design and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Ability to analyze and interpret Web Analytics data effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for improving user experience
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a remote, collaborative setting
- Interest in environmental sustainability or marine conservation is a plus

3--6 Months (Mandatory Internship / Pflichtpraktikum), 3 months not mandatory internship

Full-time (35--40 hours per week) or Part time (15-20 hours per week)
Compensation
Unpaid (University-required); Internship Certificate & Credit Support provided.
