Starting immediately, we are looking for you as a Performance Marketing Working Student (f/m/d)!
Responsibilities:
- Create and optimise ads across Meta, Google, and Amazon
- Develop weekly reports based on the creative performance of previous periods
- Brainstorm ideas for top-performing paid social ads and test your hypotheses directly in the Meta Ads Manager
Your Profile
Requirements:
- Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing principles, paid advertising, and the different funnel stages and their applications
- Initial experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Amazon Ads (entry-level)
- Confident working with numbers and performing KPI analysis using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or similar
- German skills at a minimum B1 level and English skills at a C1 level

About Us
Since 2014, O'Donnell Moonshine has been reviving the tradition of moonshine. Bottled in American mason jars, we distribute our liqueurs as Europe's largest moonshine producer from Berlin to the whole world. Our motto: "It's best when you make it yourself." We handle all relevant tasks ourselves from our Berlin headquarters. A "We've never done this before!" doesn't stop us, because there's always a first time. Our team now consists of over 120 motivated and creative individuals from over 16 nationalities who like to break new ground. And that's exactly who we're looking for!
