Do you have relevant experience in accounting and is working with software routine for you? Do you always keep an eye on deadlines and enjoy coordinating typical accounting deadlines and appointments? Are you eager to participate in the further development of internal processes? Then you are exactly right!
We don't care where you come from, whether you are a mom/dad or just looking for a new challenge. What's important to us is that you love your job and work reliably and accurately. You should also be familiar with different industries so that you can competently answer questions like "What costs can I deduct?".
Effective immediately, 100% remote on a mini-job basis with flexible working hours. The scope of working hours depends on the client's input.
Responsibilities
- You independently handle accounting (creditors / debtors) for companies that prepare balance sheets as well as companies with income-surplus calculations (EÜR).
- You independently perform account reviews and prepare for the annual financial statement after review by our clerks.
- You communicate confidently and independently.
- You coordinate deadlines and appointments for our clients and align tasks with colleagues.
- You have the opportunity to actively participate in the further development of internal processes and contribute your knowledge.
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., tax assistant, accountant) or a comparable training or further education.
- You have several years of professional experience in accounting.
- You are proficient in using accounting software such as Agenda and have a quick grasp of digital processes.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and have a hands-on mentality.
- You are prepared to work 100% digitally, without paper.
