Do you have relevant accounting experience and are comfortable with software? Do you always keep track of deadlines and enjoy coordinating typical accounting deadlines and appointments? You should also be familiar with different industries to competently answer questions like "What costs can I deduct?"\n\nStarting immediately, 100% remote on a mini-job basis with flexible working hours. The scope of working hours depends on client input.\n\n## Your Tasks\n\n- Independently manage accounting (creditors/debtors) for companies that prepare balance sheets and for companies using the income-and-expenditure account (EÜR).\n- Independently conduct account reviews and prepare for annual financial statements after review by our clerks.\n- Communicate confidently and independently.\n- Coordinate deadlines and appointments for our clients and align tasks with colleagues.\n- Actively participate in the further development of internal processes and contribute your knowledge.\n\n## Your Qualifications\n\n- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., tax clerk, accounting specialist) or comparable vocational training or further education.\n- Several years of professional experience in accounting.\n- Proficient in using accounting software such as Agenda and have a quick grasp of digital processes.\n- Work independently, structured, and have a hands-on mentality.\n- Willingness to work 100% digitally, without paper.\n\n## Benefits\n\n- Exciting and diverse tasks that you can implement with self-responsibility and short coordination paths.\n- 100% remote – work completely location-independently within Germany.\n- Work the way that suits you.
