Ihre Aufgaben

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated structural mechanic (f/m/d) to join our special-projects rocketry team. This is a rare opportunity allowing you to be involved in demanding prototyping efforts in a NewSpace environment. You will work in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for excellence by creating high-performance engineering solutions while keeping production costs at an absolute minimum. Your Tasks

• Precise assembly work, such as the positioning and fixing of components
• Checking the fixtures, tools and auxiliary materials to be used for availability and usability
• Machining of carbon fiber composites
• Close cooperation with quality assurance and other responsible departments
• Independent checking of work steps for quality and completeness of the installed components
• Participation in process improvement
• Documentation of work steps

Ihr Profil

• Completed trade as aircraft mechanic, construction technician, manufacturing technology or comparable
• Experience in structural assembly
• Experience in the machining and processing of fiber composites is a plus
• Spatial imagination and a good technical understanding
• Forklift and crane license desirable
• Willingness to perform occasional assembly work at various locations
• Independent, systematic, goal-oriented and conscientious way of working
• Motivation and enthusiasm as well as a high degree of motivation
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to support other departments
