OKTOBER is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing Shopify Retention Agency. We are passionate about helping brands succeed and are looking for someone to own our marketing engine, focusing on brand building, lead generation, and providing the SDR team with the necessary content and campaigns for conversion.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the marketing plan across all active channels.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent output.
- Align marketing activity with sales priorities and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) targeting.
- Produce and publish LinkedIn content in the founder's voice.
- Write and send the company newsletter.
- Manage case study production, including gathering client stories, writing, and publishing.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Support outbound campaigns in collaboration with the SDR team.
- Manage LinkedIn organic growth and engagement strategy.
- Identify and test new lead generation channels.
- Coordinate SaaS partnerships and referral program activities.
- Identify guest content, podcast, and community engagement opportunities.
- Manage event and webinar execution as needed.
- Deliver weekly reports on leads generated, content performance, and channel ROI.
What Success Looks Like
- A consistent flow of warm, qualified leads into the SDR pipeline each week.
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to execute marketing plans, not just strategize.
- Strong writing skills across various formats (social media, email, long-form content).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn organic growth and content strategy.
