Full Stack Engineer (Atlassian Platform)
A product-focused software company building applications on top of the Atlassian ecosystem. They work directly with enterprise teams to solve real operational problems, embedding tools into day-to-day workflows.
The product suite is already in use across multiple business units, with demand driven by practical use cases rather than experimentation. The focus is on reliability, usability, and systems that people actually depend on.
They operate in a continuous delivery environment, with engineers owning features end to end. You'll be joining a team that values autonomy, clean systems, and engineers who take responsibility for what they ship.
Role
Hands-on Full Stack Engineer building and shipping production applications within the Atlassian ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full stack applications using Kotlin and TypeScript
- Develop on the Atlassian platform using Forge, Ktor, and the Plugin SDK
- Own features end to end from design through to deployment and support
- Work closely with clients to translate requirements into working systems
- Ensure reliability and performance across production environments on AWS/Linux
- Contribute to continuous delivery practices and frequent production releases
Requirements
- Strong experience in full stack software engineering
- Interest in or experience with Atlassian products and ecosystem
- Solid backend and frontend capabilities, comfortable owning the full lifecycle
- Experience working in production environments with cloud infrastructure
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and understand real business use cases
- Fluent German required

Requirements / Constraints
- Remote-first, Germany-based
- German speaking required
- Open to occasional travel to Munich for office weeks and client visits
Package
- Up to €90k base
- €15k bonus
