What it takes to succeed:
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to join a growing team and help structure the PMM function. You're not just strategic, you deliver. You bring structure, own your projects end-to-end, and thrive in cross-functional environments.
Core skills
- B2B SaaS PMM experience: You've worked as a PMM in B2B SaaS, understand the role end-to-end, and can clearly explain its value to stakeholders.
- Go-to-market execution: You've led GTM plans from strategy through launch and follow-up, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver real results.
- Messaging & positioning ownership: You've created and rolled out messaging frameworks that clearly articulate value and differentiation used by marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Technical translation: You can simplify complex, technical features into sharp, accessible messaging for both internal and external audiences.
- Sales enablement content: You've built the assets sales teams rely on (battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, demo and videos) and ensured they get used.
- Project & stakeholder management: You're comfortable leading cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and aligning with multiple stakeholders.
- Bonus: Industry experience: Background in manufacturing, sustainability, or working with technical B2B SaaS.
Soft skills
- Team collaboration & culture fit: You're a positive, proactive teammate who values collaboration, shares credit, and focuses on collective success over personal spotlight.
- Operational mindset: You bring structure and process to your work. You take initiative, manage your workload, while keeping stakeholders/management informed and proactively communicating progress and results
- International environment: You've worked in international or multicultural environments and can communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken.
- Adaptability in early-stage teams: You're comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments and know how to build solid foundations while staying flexible as priorities shift or the team grows.
- Remote Collaboration: You're fully comfortable working in a remote setup and collaborating effectively across time zones and locations.
What we offer:
- The opportunity to contribute to a more sustainable and zero-carbon future
- Significant autonomy and flexible working hours, with the opportunity to work remotely
- Technical challenges and substantial responsibility, with the chance to see the results of your work
- Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional development
- A dynamic, friendly, motivated, and diverse team of professionals committed to creating a positive impact on the world
