Your Day-to-Day as a Recruitment Consultant:

• You are responsible for the active search and approach of candidates
• In telephone interviews, you excite candidates about our clients
• You are responsible for all written and telephone correspondence with candidates
• You recruit highly qualified employees and create meaningful qualification profiles

What Sets You Apart:

• You are a career starter or have already gained initial professional experience in a commercial or sales role
• Initial experience in cold calling is an advantage
• High self-motivation and the drive to achieve goals and develop further
