Your Profile

As a Product Owner (m/f/d) DMS, you will significantly drive the development of our products with your many years of experience and deep expertise in the DMS sector, and shape innovative solutions.

Your Mission

You will not only take our product vision to the next level of optimization, but also actively shape the exciting further developments that will make our products future-proof and market-leading.

Your Role at OneQrew

• You will be responsible for our DMS.
• You will work closely with the management and sales teams and maintain close contact with external stakeholders to pursue our product vision in a targeted manner.
• You will define and prioritize our product backlog and be in constant communication with the product team.
• Furthermore, you will develop and specify requirements in the form of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA, UI/UX, and Architecture.
• You will prepare Scrum ceremonies together with the Scrum Master.
• You will also be responsible for product releases.

What You Bring

• You have several years of professional experience in software development, software consulting, or product management.
• You have experience working with Document Management Systems (DMS), ideally as a Product Owner, in DMS development, or in rollout projects and the implementation of customer requirements.
• You also possess strong IT skills and have a high affinity for data structures and process analysis.
• You have experience with agile methods (Scrum) and/or software development.
• You also have strong analytical skills and can translate complex requirements into functional concepts.
• You have very good German language skills and good English language skills.
