Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth across Germany
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including physicians, hospitals, sleep clinics, and other healthcare providers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's market
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes, tools, and systems to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategies
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team

Requirements

  • Educational background in Business or Marketing, or alternatively in Engineering (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Biomedical Engineering), Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the sleep market is considered an advantage, but is not a mandatory requirement
  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Fluent in both German and English. Full professional proficiency in both languages is a key requirement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60% travel, 40% home office).
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and systems.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business success.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
