About the Position
We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) in the field of Automation Engineer & Technical Support to join our team. You will combine technical understanding with structured work and an interest in digital processes.
You will actively work on customer projects, technical integrations, and automations, gaining deep insights into modern SaaS systems, interfaces, and data-driven processes.

- Business Informatics
- Industrial Engineering
- Business Mathematics
- Communication & IT
- Business Administration with a focus on IT
- or a comparable field of study
Responsibilities
- Gathering automation concepts together with customers
- Implementing concepts using automation software such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or directly in onpreo
- Independently handling technical customer inquiries
- Analyzing and solving technical problems
- Creating feature and technical documentation
- Supporting the development team through documentation and creating internal feature presentations
Qualifications
- Interest in technical processes and tools
- Analytical thinking and independent working style
- Communication skills in dealing with customers
- Willingness to quickly learn new systems
Nice to Have
- Initial experience in customer contact
- Basic understanding of technical systems or APIs
- Initial experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
