As long as you deliver results, you have complete freedom and trust to structure your day as you see fit.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\nIn short:\n\nYou will ensure that LinkedIn becomes a reproducible, scalable sales channel for OnStage.\n\nIn detail:\n\nYou will be instrumental in our next growth phase, ensuring that OnStage consistently acquires new qualified leads & customers via LinkedIn.\n\nYour tasks: LinkedIn Sales Development & Lead Generation\n\nYou will play a key role in establishing LinkedIn as a scalable sales channel for OnStage, consistently generating leads, scheduling appointments, and qualifying them.\n\nYour core tasks:\n\n* Active LinkedIn outreach\n(DMs according to guidelines and system)\n* Structured follow-ups & conversation management\n(Human and authentic interaction with the target audience)\n* Relationship building & social selling\n(Commenting and interacting with the target audience in the feed)\n\n## Qualifications\n\nSkills & Experience\n\n* Very strong social and communication skills\n* Sales affinity (initial experience in sales, outreach, or telephone sales is a plus)\n* Structured, independent way of working\n* LinkedIn or social media experience is helpful, but not a must\n\nAttitude & Approach\n\n* You take 100% responsibility for your results\n* You are comfortable with outreach, rejection, or follow-ups\n* You are hungry, performance-oriented, and want to earn money\n* You think entrepreneurially and solution-oriented\n* You want to learn, grow, and take on long-term responsibility\n\n## Benefits\n\nCool things you get:\n\n* €2,500/month base salary + commission = €50,000 target salary\n* 100% remote freedom\n* On-the-job training -> We'll give you what you need to succeed\n* Direct collaboration with the Founder\n* Opportunity to take on more responsibility long-term, e.g., with LinkedIn content or sales calls
