Workday HCM Consultant (Freelancer)
For a current project, we are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant (Freelancer) to support a client in a German Workday environment.
Start: ASAP Work model: 100% remote Contract type: Freelance / Project-based
Your Responsibilities
- Consulting and hands-on support within the Workday HCM environment
- Implementation, configuration, and customization of Workday solutions
- Providing 3rd-level support (L3) for complex Workday HCM topics
- Working closely with HR and IT stakeholders in a German regulatory context
- Troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system optimization
- Supporting ongoing enhancements and change requests
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and L3 support in a German environment
- Strong hands-on expertise in implementation and customization of:
- Workday HCM Core
- Absence Management
- Time Tracking
- Very good knowledge of Workday Security Roles & Security Domains
- Strong understanding of German HR processes and requirements
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday Payroll and the ShapeIn interface
- Experience with the Recruiting module
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
