Backend Developer C# (.NET Core) (m/w/d)

Requirements

Must have:

• Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, e.g. a technical apprenticeship
• At least five years of experience as a backend developer with a focus on .NET and node.js
• Familiar with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code as a development environment
• Basic knowledge of radio communication
• Excellent German skills for team communication and project discussions; good English skills for technical documentation

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with cloud-native development (e.g., containerization, private cloud), GitLab, Java, C++, and domain know-how in spectrum analysis and spectrum monitoring
• Enjoy using new technologies in a dynamic environment and have good practical knowledge in agile software development
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Customer-oriented thinking with a focus on quality

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team on the conception and implementation of backend solutions for modern single-page web applications in radio monitoring
• Focus on backend systems in C#/.NET Core and Backend for Frontend components in node.js (TypeScript)
• Develop innovative proof-of-concepts and bring new ideas to fruition with team members
• Ensure seamless integration of existing system components into the overall system
• Develop a modern, distributed data management backend as part of the team
• Actively participate in story refinements, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within the agile development process
