Requirements
Must have:
- Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, e.g. a technical apprenticeship
- At least five years of experience as a backend developer with a focus on .NET and node.js
- Familiar with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code as a development environment
- Basic knowledge of radio communication
- Excellent German skills for team communication and project discussions; good English skills for technical documentation
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with cloud-native development (e.g., containerization, private cloud), GitLab, Java, C++, and domain know-how in spectrum analysis and spectrum monitoring
- Enjoy using new technologies in a dynamic environment and have good practical knowledge in agile software development
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Customer-oriented thinking with a focus on quality
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team on the conception and implementation of backend solutions for modern single-page web applications in radio monitoring
- Focus on backend systems in C#/.NET Core and Backend for Frontend components in node.js (TypeScript)
- Develop innovative proof-of-concepts and bring new ideas to fruition with team members
- Ensure seamless integration of existing system components into the overall system
- Develop a modern, distributed data management backend as part of the team
- Actively participate in story refinements, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within the agile development process
