C++ Software Developer (m/f/d) -- Healthcare Technology

Location: Hanover (Remote within Germany possible) Type: Full-time | Hybrid or Fully Remote Language Requirement: C1-level German (minimum) and good English

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop robust software applications using C++ in Windows-based environments
• Collaborate with product managers and internal teams to analyse requirements
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and optimisation of existing code
• Participate in regular code reviews and follow structured development standards
• Maintain clean, detailed, and up-to-date technical documentation

Your Profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical qualification
• At least 3 years' experience as a professional C++ software developer
• Strong expertise in Windows environments
• Experience with the Qt framework is a nice to have
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
• Analytical thinking, high quality standards, and a structured work approach
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent German (C1 minimum) and solid English skills are essential
