I'm working with a forward-thinking software development company based in Bielefeld, Germany, that's looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join their team. The company focuses on delivering tailor-made software solutions that enhance process efficiency, enable product control, and support the exploration of new business models. Their work spans multiple industries, including precision measurement, agriculture, energy, and finance.

In the role of Senior Software Developer, you will:

• Build modern web applications from the ground up using .NET and Blazor
• Configure and manage new .NET/Blazor subprojects
• Contribute to the design and optimization of software architecture and CI/CD pipelines
• Provide technical leadership and support for other developers
• Define key elements for data flows, interfaces, and reusable structures
• Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality, high-performance solutions tailored to client needs

What we're looking for:

• Experience leading or managing teams in a technical capacity
• A strong interest in software design and architecture
• Solid expertise in .NET Core and Blazor
• A proactive attitude toward adopting and working with modern tools and frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD best practices
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• Fluency in German at a C1 level
