Your Role

Do you want to offer your customers the best customer experience and help shape our success story? Then you have the opportunity to actively support our customers in ongoing projects as a Consultant in SAP Customer Experience (CX), from analysis, optimization, conception to the implementation of marketing, sales, or service processes. The topic of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has changed and evolved significantly in recent years. Due to increasing digitalization, the customer is the focus of a modern company's processes more than ever before. Therefore, you should have a deep understanding of your customers and their journeys. This is the future of CX. You will also design individual workshops and independently develop customer-specific solutions. Furthermore, as a project or sub-project manager, you will bear the budgetary and content responsibility for national and international projects.

What distinguishes you:

  • Several years of experience as a (Senior) SAP Consultant, as a (sub-)project manager for large projects, or in a comparable role
  • Deep knowledge in the implementation of the SAP solution SAP CRM / CX
  • Strong IT affinity, analytical-conceptual thinking, and a good understanding of complex and technical issues as well as customer visions
  • Enjoy working in a team and individually advising customers
  • Independent, methodical, and results-oriented action and thinking
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and assertiveness
  • Confident demeanor and fluent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel
