We are looking for a Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in der Zulassung für den Parallelimport von Arzneimitteln (full-time or part-time) to join our Regulatory Affairs department as soon as possible.

- Good Italian language skills required -

Our Regulatory Affairs team is responsible for the official approval of imported medicines.

Your varied tasks include:

• Preparation and submission of approval documents for imported medicines
• Monitoring and active support of our products throughout their entire product lifecycle (keeping texts and layouts up-to-date)
• Maintenance and follow-up of approval documents and packaging material files in various databases (including MS-Dynamics AX)
• Administrative tasks (documentation, filing, and archiving of documents, as well as database maintenance)
• Communication with regulatory authorities in German, English, and Italian
• Creation of packaging materials required for repackaging/labeling (package inserts, labels, folding boxes) in accordance with pharmaceutical and trademark law

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial or pharmaceutical field
• Italian language skills (written and spoken, minimum B2 level); good English skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of standard PC applications such as MS Office
• Knowledge of the Adobe product family (CS6 - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is an advantage, but not essential
• A reliable and precise way of working
• Teamwork ability, motivation, and a hands-on mentality
