We are building a world-class Digital Sales Engine -- fast, focused, and highly scalable.

As Team Lead of an international Sales POD , you will own a high-performing team of Account Executives and top university working students. Your mission: drive revenue velocity, highly efficient digital sales processes, and enable your team to win with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close deals for your own sales budget while enabling your team to overachieve targets
  • Own the POD's revenue number and build predictable pipeline through metrics-driven leadership
  • Coach, develop, and upskill AEs and Working Students to true sales machines in an international environment
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews and provide hands-on support
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, optimization, and best practice sharing
  • Ensure rigorous process discipline in CRM, forecasting, and deal execution
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Partner Management to drive pipeline growth
  • Serve as the cultural anchor for speed, team and commitment

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in high-velocity / mid-market sales environments, preferably in hyper-scaling environments within an international context
  • Proven success as a B2B AE with team lead responsibility and proven track record of beating targets.
  • Strong motivation to build, coach, and scale high-velocity sales teams.
  • Understanding of high-volume funnels, fast sales cycles, and conversion optimization.
  • A performance-driven mindset: you think in KPIs, optimization potential and speed-levers
  • High energy, fast learner and resilient.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, additional language skills such as Spanish, Italian and French are a big plus

  • Min: 60,000 EUR, Max: 120,000 EUR
