Requirements
Must have:
- University degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or an equivalent IT qualification
- Several years of IT experience (e.g., business analyst, functional consultant) with solution architecture training
- Solid technical background in SAP ERP WM, MM, and SD
- Experience with ERP migrations to S/4HANA and Fiori
- Strong knowledge of solution delivery frameworks (project management, change management, business analysis, software development, testing, implementation)
- Good understanding of standard and agile software development processes
- Fluency in English; German language skills is a plus
Advantageous:
- SAP certifications
- EDI interfaces
- Knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL server, HANA)

Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions
- Support the transition from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA
- Identify business requirements for new IT solutions and enhancements
- Align business processes with IT strategy and architectural requirements
- Contribute to the creation of business cases
- Develop system specifications and documentation
- Drive process improvements
- Collaborate with external service providers
- Lead system implementations, conduct system tests, and prepare change and release plans
- Assist in the development of training materials
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support and escalate to service providers if necessary
