Role Overview:

As a Commercial Assistant in a technical environment (m/w/d) in Berlin, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technical teams and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. You will report to the Head of Operations and be an integral part of our Berlin-based team, contributing to the success of a world-leading company in the elevator and escalator industry. On a typical day you will:

• Organize and manage technical documentation and project-related paperwork.
• Coordinate schedules for technical staff and site visits.
• Assist with procurement processes for technical equipment and materials.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and technical findings.
• Provide administrative support to the technical department.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a commercial or administrative role, preferably in a technical environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• German language proficiency (native or near-native).
