HR Strategy & PMO
We are actively shaping the future of HR. Our team, "HR Strategy & PMO," drives the strategic development of our HR department and manages HR initiatives within large company-wide transformations, including our own HR transformation. This means working on projects with real impact and high visibility across the company. Currently, we are supporting two key transformation initiatives to ensure HR is optimally positioned strategically, structurally, and operationally.
We are a dedicated team of five colleagues within a larger HR department. Despite different project focuses, we collaborate closely, coordinate regularly, and support each other in cross-functional matters.
Your Role and Impact
You will gain hands-on experience and take on real responsibility in strategic HR projects. You'll work closely with project teams, gain insights into key decision-making processes, and learn how transformation is managed and implemented in a large organization.
Hybrid Work Model
We offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to work remotely up to 50% of your monthly working hours. Your team and manager will collaboratively decide on the balance between on-site presence and mobile work.
Your Impact
Change Management:
- Assist in preparing and organizing training sessions for our SuccessFactors implementation.
- Contribute to the creation and development of communication materials.
- Support the establishment and management of our early adopter network, actively contributing to change management within the company.
Project Management:
- Prepare and follow up on meetings, ensuring transparency in project progress.
- Create target-audience-specific presentations and independently manage smaller task packages.

Your Profile
Must-Haves:
- Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration (preferably with a focus on HR Management).
- Available to support us for 1 year, starting immediately, with 20 hours per week.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- A strong affinity for IT and a passion for HR Tech & Change Management.
- Openness to exploring and utilizing AI tools in your work.
- German language proficiency: C1 (expert language use).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in project work.
- Basic knowledge of presentation creation and information preparation for diverse audiences.
