Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our Digital Transformation function. The role is responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of transformation projects, involving effective project planning, execution, and monitoring, leveraging agile methodologies and advanced analytics to maximize business value. The PM champions stakeholder management and the adoption of digital and AI-driven solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The successful candidate will be a key contributor in reinventing processes and Ways of Working (WoW) to inject new capabilities within the organization, giving valuable input to Product Owners, mapping implications with business stakeholders, and leading change management.
Your day-to-day activities:
- Coordinate transformation projects (SQUAD) ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, sprint backlogs, and reporting dashboards using agile frameworks.
- Monitor project KPIs, adoption metrics, and team performance, providing actionable insights.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and promote ways of working within squads.
- Support in reinventing processes, designing activities, mapping implications on WoW, and liaising with HR to address impacts.
- Collaborate with 3rd-party agencies and internal teams to maximize value and mitigate risks.
- Drive adoption of process transformation, defining and implementing change management plans.
- Champion the adoption of agile methodologies, AI, and agentic tools.
- If you make it to the short list, you'll be interviewed by the Hiring Manager and, if necessary, other members of the hiring panel.
- In some cases, you may be required to demonstrate your skills via a technical challenge.
Your Profile
- Project & Transformation Management: Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects with a focus on capability building, digital transformation, and smooth transitions through process design and risk analysis.
- Business Alignment & Performance: Ability to ensure transformation initiatives are linked to organizational goals, driving measurable outcomes, monitoring adoption, and aligning with business achievements.
- Agile Expertise & Tools: Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with coaching ability, supported by proficiency in project management reporting and collaboration tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence).
- Interpersonal & Analytical Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills, combined with analytical strength, learning agility, curiosity, and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams.
- Fluent English required.
- The position is based in Turin with some remote working (up to 10 days per month).
