Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an Organizational Development Manager who will manage organizational development and change management programs - together with business and the other HR departments, to effectively support the company in achieving strategic objectives and overall vision. This role includes organizational analysis and design, and implementing the organizational structure and overall framework of roles and responsibilities. The role also entails monitoring the impact of organizational development and change initiatives on the organization and providing reports on the results to senior management.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Organizational Design and Development: Analyzes and redesigns the organizational structure to improve efficiency, defining roles, responsibilities, and organizational levels that are consistent with strategy and FMCG best practices. Supports processes related to reorganization, business growth, or transformation.
  • Process and Operating Model Analysis and Design: Examines and designs end-to-end processes, implementing operating models that clarify interactions between functions, responsibilities, and governance. Promotes process simplification and standardization.
  • HR Governance, Policy & Compliance: Contributes to the development and implementation of policies and procedures in line with regulations and standards, ensuring that operating models and processes are compliant and supporting the mitigation of organizational and HR risks.
  • Technological and Digital Innovation: Evaluates and encourages the adoption of new digital technologies to support HR and organizational processes, collaborating with IT and Digital teams to foster efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management and Consulting: Acts as an internal consultant for management, facilitating workshops and working sessions on organizational topics, and translating business needs into concrete and sustainable solutions.

Your Profile

  • Organizational Effectiveness Expertise: Strong capability in organizational design, operating models, and diagnosing organizational and team dynamics to support business change.
  • Change & Program Leadership: Proven competence in structured change management, including planning, governing, and measuring complex transformation initiatives.
  • Financial & Data Acumen in HR: Solid ability to manage HR budgets, interpret financial data, and use HR metrics to support strategic decisions.
  • HR Governance & Risk Awareness: Deep knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and health & safety, with the ability to identify and mitigate organizational risk.
  • Strategic HR Insight & Innovation Mindset: Ability to anticipate HR trends, assess external developments, and translate innovation into practical improvements.
  • Demonstrated innovation mindset, strong results orientation, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; fluent in English.
  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field, with ~5 years' experience in Organizational Development, HR Transformation, Consulting, or similar roles.
  • Solid digital and financial foundations, including HR system expertise (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and basic finance knowledge.
