We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our P3 team in Germany (Frankfurt).
Some of the Interesting Challenges Ahead of You
- Independent strategic asset management of commercial real estate (logistics) in line with the defined investment strategy.
- Development and implementation of asset strategies and business plans to increase property value.
- Conducting macro- and micro-market analyses, identifying trends, and performing SWOT analyses.
- Preparation of hold/sell analyses and derivation of strategic recommendations.
- Initiation and support of acquisition and disposition processes.
- Risk monitoring and management across the asset portfolio.
- Optimization of income and expenses (NOI, GRI, NAV) and creation of financial forecasts.
- Budget planning and ongoing budget vs. actuals analysis.
- Valuation of properties, including deriving estimated rental values (ERVs).
- Lease negotiations (re-leasing, prolongations) for yield optimization.
- Maintaining and developing tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term occupancy.
- Collaboration with legal and tax advisors on property-related issues.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, especially in the areas of ESG, legal, and tax.
- Close collaboration with Property Management, Transaction Management, Technical Teams, and Controlling.
What You Need to Shine in This Role
- University degree in real estate management, business administration, finance, or a related field (e.g., Real Estate Economist).
- Several years of experience in asset management of commercial real estate, ideally in the logistics sector.
- Strong expertise in property valuation, budgeting, and business plan development.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Confident, persuasive demeanor with strong negotiation skills.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style.
- Team player with excellent communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with analytical/reporting tools.
- Experience with real estate ERP systems (e.g., Yardi, SAP RE).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
