The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role with a key client of Pack GTM: a fast-scaling global B2B SaaS business helping retailers manage and grow their eCommerce operations across major marketplaces and platforms.

You'll own a strategic portfolio role that blends consultative account management, expansion, and customer growth - ideal for someone who understands the DACH eCommerce landscape and enjoys building long-term commercial relationships.

Our client is a rapidly scaling technology platform serving thousands of retailers globally with an all-in-one solution for online sales operations. They support integrations with major ecosystem players across marketplaces, commerce platforms, and logistics providers.

Over the last three years, they've achieved significant growth (15x) and continue to invest in the team and platform. The culture is results-oriented, collaborative, and built for people who want to help shape something meaningful in a high-growth environment.

The Role

You'll manage and grow a portfolio of merchants in DACH with a strategic, consultative approach - from new customer acquisition through to retention, expansion, and long-term account development.

Success in this role means becoming a trusted commercial partner to your customers, building relationships up to C-level, and using data to improve adoption, retention, and upsell outcomes. You'll also work cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, feed customer insight back into the product, and help improve internal customer success processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in B2B software sales / commercial account management
  • Strong relationship-building skills in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Experience managing customer growth, retention, and expansion conversations
  • Strong communication, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • Data-driven approach to customer adoption and retention
  • Knowledge of the DACH eCommerce market (marketplaces, platforms, retailer segmentation)
  • Experience in eCommerce B2B SaaS direct sales (strong advantage)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and open to feedback / continuous improvement
  • HubSpot experience (nice to have)
