Your tasks

  • You are our visionary. You develop our sales in Sweden, Denmark and Finland - from the first contact to the conclusion of the contract.
  • You are our hunter. You are constantly and proactively looking for new customers - and present our platform to various stakeholders - from purchasing to technology to management.
  • You are our networker. You manage complex decision-making processes and ensure first-class stakeholder management across departments.
  • You are the driving force behind every deal. You coordinate closely with the German team, e.g. for demos, technical coordination or offer processes.
  • You are our visionary. You work closely with SDRs and come up with creative new ways to continuously generate even more deals and share these ideas with the team.
  • You are our ambassador. You represent Packmatic to the outside world and act confidently in front of buyers and the management of your customers.
  • You are our sales driver. You are responsible for an annual sales volume of 500,000 to 800,000 euros. By strategically expanding your customer relationships, you identify and realize targeted up- and cross-selling potential - and thus make a significant contribution to growth.

What you bring with you

  • You are a sales professional. You have at least 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales, ideally with a focus on SaaS or industrial environments.
  • You are our local market expert. With your understanding of the Nordic market and your presence in Stockholm, you build sustainable customer relationships - culturally appropriate and close to the action.
  • You are a doer. You think in a structured way, work independently and move confidently between different decision-making levels.
  • You are a navigator. You think in a structured way, navigate complex setups independently and move confidently between different decision-making levels.
  • You are a communication specialist. You are a native Swedish speaker and fluent in English.
  • You are a road warrior. You are flexible, willing to travel and work closely with our Berlin team (on site about every 6 weeks).
