Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German GAAP).
• Support and assistance with IFRS reporting to the group.
• Act as a point of contact for international finance stakeholders (EU & UK).
• Analysis and commentary on key financial figures.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of accounting practices.
• Contribute to group-wide finance processes.
• Close collaboration with HR and the Finance Director Europe.

Requirements

• Proficiency in preparing financial statements according to HGB.
• Solid experience in applying IFRS.
• Very good English skills (C2 level).
• Experience in an international environment.
• Confident and assured demeanor when interacting with Finance Directors.
• Strong communication skills and a clear, structured way of working.
• SAP knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to take responsibility.
