About the Role

Do you want to take on a lot of responsibility right after graduation and help shape innovative sales structures? At Page Group, we turn university graduates into the leaders of tomorrow. You will be deployed in field sales throughout Germany for twelve months from the start and will take over your own district early on. Later, you will learn to take on a lot of personal responsibility and will be continuously supported by a mentor during the program, who will assist you in your professional and personal development.

Your Responsibilities:

• New Customer Acquisition: You will win new companies as clients by convincing them of yourself, us, and our vision.
• Existing Customer Support: You will continue to support the companies you win as an Account Owner, build a sustainable customer relationship with your clients, and thus implement up- and cross-selling potentials.
• Recruiting: Using our existing talent pools, through active sourcing and job advertisements, you will build a sustainable candidate network within your specialization to fill your clients' positions as quickly and effectively as possible.
• Full Sales Cycle: The process is 100% in your hands. You will support clients and candidates from the beginning of the process to the final closing, getting the best out of it for everyone involved.

Your Profile:

• As a Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will take on demanding tasks. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have completed a university degree.
• Complex challenges await you in sales. You think analytically and strategically-conceptually, can convince with business arguments, and adapt to different conversation partners to persuade with the right arguments.
• In addition, you have a winning personality, a hands-on mentality, and are enthusiastic.
• Is communication and negotiation in German and English child's play for you?
